Year of the Snake 2013

With a few more days left for this year 2013 and before a brand new year of 2014, I need clear my to-do list. 

Here is this Chinese New Year origami, Year of the Snake. The steps can be found here, made from an open-up ang pau.

Extreme Origami

Christmas present from my wife. I like money origami because the material, which is money$$ is easily available.

Inside the book, there are 20 pieces of dollar size paper to use for folding. However, some designs need to use 2 pieces of paper. 

There are total of 20 designs, from butterfly to racing car. Previously I have folded the Koi fish with RM10, and some other models.

Year of the Dragon 2012

To fill in the "missing" yearly post...

This Eastern dragon is folded from 2 pieces of square paper, joined in the middle of the body. The design is from Jun Maekawa, from the book "Genuine Origami". Time taken to fold is about 3 hours.
